Orbitala’s engineers developed and constructed an electrolysis production line with capacity of 7000 cubic meters/year of electrolyte.
When plan becomes reality:
Electrolysis cells, containing 84 electrodes each.
Dissolving tanks and purification systems. Continuous process.
Concentrating units for acids 66%to 95%
Plan becomes reality, glass line reactors for concentrating of acids.
Purified water system for pharmaceutical plant:
18 cubic meter/day purifying water system, 99.9999%. GMP, Pharma grade.
Design and assembly of clean rooms – Pharma grade
Interlocks, floors, HVAC systems, ex-proof electricity.
